We accept exchanges for items damaged in transit.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, you must email us within 7 days of receiving the shipment at store@advcrs.com to alert us of the damage. You must return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement.
